New Google Click to Call Feature Shows up in Search Results

I was looking for official website of ICC world cup 2007 and noticed an unusual Ad listing on the right hand side of search results. It’s the same unit holder on the right hand side that shows up text ad units and I noticed a phone icon next to the title of the Ad.
