Bloghash gets a new theme

Hello there! Welcome to the new theme launch of Bloghash.com
I started Bloghash.com in 2006 to get some hand-on experience with blogging and to know what it’s all about. I must tell you that I am still going strong with it and learning new things almost everyday. In the last 3 years of its life, Bloghash has gone through 2 makeovers out of which the first was a free template and the second theme was designed by myself. It gives me

A New Look for BlogHash

Over the last couple of weeks I had been busy working on a new template for BlogHash and finally it’s ready. If you are reading this post from your RSS reader, visit the home page once and take a look at the new theme of Bloghash.

Why did I do it myself?

I was totally clueless as to why would Ad clicks generate as low as $0.01 most of the time for weeks altogether. Searching on Google did not produce any definitive answer to my growing cause of concern. Some articles suggested that it happens most often during this time of the year while other suggested that it was due to

Google Logo in AdSense Ads?

While doing a routine check on my posts, I noticed a small Google logo next to ‘Ads by Google’ on one of my pages. [The screen shot is below.] I wonder what purpose would it serve if the logo starts appearing in the Ads. Might be that if a web site owner by any chance blends the ‘Ads by Google’ header into the background, making it invisible, the logo might [still] show up! But then it’s just my guess.

WordPress: Keep a Track of Every Possible Feed Subscriber

When I started blogging on this site, I had not begun to use Feedburner for managing the feed subscription for my site. By the time I started to use Feedburner’s feed subscription service, there were plenty of users already using the direct feed from my site. The direct feeds on my sites can be accessed using [bloghash.com/feed/] and [bloghash.com/feed/atom/]. While checking the log files on the web server, I saw many requests for the feed on my site and I
