With such a small size to its advantage, it make it very easy to carry it anywhere in your wallet. If you are wondering about the durability of this USB flash stick, its patented packaging technology makes it stronger than plastic or aluminum casing.

And about the storage capacity of this disk, it’s a 8GB thumb drive that you can use to store your music files, photos, software, documentation, presentations and a lot of other things.

Though it is easy to carry it in your wallet, you may want to attach it to something that you carry with you most of the time. If you are one of those who has already misplaced a few flash drives, this super thin flash drive is the last disk you might want to buy.

It’s an all in one GPS device that offers travel tips, stores your favorite MP3 tunes, photos and most importantly, it features text-to-speech capability.

It’s so small that it will fit in your pocket and you could either use it in your car or while you walk. The Nuvi 350 GPS navigator is also a MP3 player, photo viewer and a world travel clock. It’s preloaded with the city maps of US, Canada and Puerto Rico.

The Garmin Nuvi 350 has got a 320×240 color touchscreen display that is quite large enough for displaying map data. The display screen is quite bright, thus, making it readable in almost every situation. An SD car slot can help you load expansion software such as points of interest database, media files and electronic guides. Its unique text-to-speech features calls out turns by street names that helps you stay focused on the road instead of looking at the device. Garmin’s point of interest database seems to be quite extensive that typically includes locations of the most tourist attractions, food joints, banks, gas stations etc.

The Garmin Nuvi 350 is one of the bestselling GPS devices. For more information on this product, see Garmin Nuvi 350 on Amazon.

The new file system from SanDisk is a patented flash management system that has the potential to increase the random write speeds by upto 100 times when compared to the existing file system. ExtremeFFS operates on a page-based algorithm such that when data is written on the disk, the SSD puts is where it is most convenient and efficient. This results in an acceleration in the random write speeds.

SanDisk has also launched vRPM (virtual RPM), that will easily allow consumers to compare performance of SSDs to HDDs since the performance of HDDs is measured by the RPM. The filesystem will start shipping in SanDisk products from 2009.

Perfect as a birthday gift, this Fisher-Price digital camera for kids sports simple buttons so your kids find it easy to use and features a 1.5″ color LCD preview screen that allows kids to see the pictures they are taking.

The camera offers a resolution of 1.3 or .3 megapixels that will satisfy most of the kids. Adults like you and me may be disappointed by that kind of resolution but then less the resolution, more is the storage. Kids are not bothered about image resolution, they just want their cameras to keep taking snaps.

There is a USB cable coming along so pictures can be easily transferred to your system and edited if needed. 64MB of flash memory can store up to 500 pictures and a two-eye view finder that makes it easy for kids to take great pictures. It’s compatible with Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Apple Mac OSX.

Such an improved vision could help motorists and cyclists spot oncoming vehicles easily without getting distracted.

This concept glass is aimed at safety and in my opinion it’s a great idea that should be put to production. I can forsee a large potential market for this product. Ok, I have it added to my wish list now and will wait to see if it makes its way to the local market in next few years.

When the project was launched, their goal was to improve the CFL bulb but they ended up designing a new bulb altogether using high-powered LEDs instead. The concept bulb is similar to the regular bulbs, so it will fit in the regular bulb sockets without any problem. The designers of this bulb expect it to last much longer than CFLs.

Finally a bulb that’s more energy efficient that CFLs, without the toxic mercury and will last for 30 years or more. Let’s wait for this bulb to get off the drawing board and enter mass production.

Based on the community feedback, Google has made several enhancements to the product and released lighter and a faster version of the product.

They claim that they have found a way to cut the memory utilization during startup by about 50% and the shutdown of the software now happens five times faster. If any of those two caused any performance issues on your system, you should try the newer release.

Another major improvement is addition of a feature in the product that will detect poorly performing desktop gadgets and also ask if you the gadget should be removed. If your earlier experience with Google Desktop had been unsatisfying, you should give this newer version a try.

The player is priced at $600, which seems to be overpriced. That’s because if you happen to buy a TiVo HD, a 1TB hard drive and a Glo remote, it would still cost you under $500. But then a third party storage upgrade kits doesn’t come cheap either. There are many people who seems to have successfully hacked and upgraded their TiVo HD to 400-500GB SATA drives without any issues.

It’s a virtually indestructible keyboard that is very soft to operate and something you could just roll up and keep in your bag or shelf. The keyboard can be washed with water - now that’s something you can’t imagine doing to a normal keyboard.

The keyboard seems to be eliminating the negative-angle wrist stress which is one of the common causes of wrist injuries at work place. If you happen to work for long hours on the keyboard, this one could be what you should buy as your next keyboard replacement.

The keyboard is available in 2 different models. One with number keypad and the other without it and all the models cost $29.99 only.
