ASUS UL30Vt Thin and Light Laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium

The new laptop from ASUS, UL30Vt-X1 boasts Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit), 4GB of DDR3 RAM and 500GB SATA hard drive. That’s quite a lot of storage for a laptop. It’s powered by Intel Core2 Duo processor SU7300 and features GraphiX Boost switchable graphics which gives you the ability to maintain a perfect balance between conserving the battery life and enjoying high definition graphics. This laptop is under 1-inch thin and weighs less than 4 pounds.

The screen is 13.3 inch featuring HD LED-backlit display that promises to offer bright and vibrant visuals. The laptop uses NVidia G210M graphics card with 512MB DDR3 along with Intel GMA 4500MHD (Switchable VGA). The UL30Vt-X1 also features Altec Lansing speakers and SRS premium sound.

The UL30Vt-X1 offers wireless capabilities using Wi-Fi 802.11 bgn and Bluetooth. It also features a 0.3 megapixel wbcam which may not excite you so much. I wish it were to be a HD webcam.
