Waterproof digital compact camera from GE

General imaging has launched its first ever waterproof digital camera model – the G3WP. The waterproof camera will help you take pictures in swimming pools, when it rains and other similar wet conditions. To talk about its specs – it’s a 12.2 mp camera that is waterproof upto 10 feet, has 4x optical zoom, features image stabilization and also a 2.7 inch LCD screen.

The GE digital camera also has a lot of other features such as auto scene detection, blink, face and smile detection, red-eye removal and panorama mode. The price range in which the camera will be available is not known yet. In these economic conditions the price of this product will be a crucial factor for its success.
