Tivax digital to analog TV converter box is the best
As you already know that by June 12th, 2009, all the broadcasting stations in US with stop analog broadcasts and convert to digital signals. All the analog televisions that are currently using an antenna, i.e. older TVs that are not connected to either a cable or satellite, will require a digital to analog tv converter box to receive new HD broadcast TV signals after June 12th. We tried to find the best digital to analog TV converter box that will help you in easy conversion and Tivax STB-T8 is what we found that also has very high customer praise. This converter qualifies for a $40 DTV coupon.
The Tivax STB-T8 has analog pass through for connection to a TV antenna. It can receive free-on-air high definition TV broadcast, features electronic program guide, parental control and full auto scan. It supports both 4:3 and 16:9 TV aspect ratios, Dolby digital and host of other features which can be operated by its easy to use remote control. There are some extra features worth mentioning about this converter and one of them is its signal strength measuring button that will help you get the antenna orientation right. This converter seems to offer better audio and video output than most other digital to analog TV converters. This converter also comes with both AV and RF cabling. The user’s guide is well illustrated and once you hook up everything, just run the automatic scan and relax. It will find even those channels that you were not receiving earlier.
Overall, it’s a best buy and we highly recommend it. Tivax STB-T8 digital to analog TV converter box is currently available for $50 and qualifies for $40 DTV coupon. ![]()

Wow now that’s a valuable piece of information. Is there any country in the world which is already providing full digital television?
this is the best model ever! I’m selling Tivax STB-T8 since weeks ago. I think is the best option because the price is just a few box over $40.
The Tivax seems to work fine, although, with the power (standby) and mute buttons on opposite sides of the remote control from what they are on the TV remote, I am still turning it off when I really just want to get rid of the sound briefly. My only complaint is that the owner’s manual was almost useless when it came to installing the box. Furthermore, when I got into the Tivax Web site, the instructions and illustrations, although slightly better, were still inadequate. I had to ask a professional engineer friend to come over to do the job. Even he remarked about the abysmal owner’s manual.
