What you see above is an award winner V1 CPU Cooler by Taiwanese computer parts manufacturer Thermaltake Technologies. The CPU cooler actually works, and is not just a concept design.
The V1 cooler has a 12 volt fan and rotates anywhere between 1,300 to 2,000 RPM. This is not a very small cpu cooler but about 5 inches tall and 4 inches wide. So, your computer needs to have space in-order to get this beautiful monster inside the cabinet. Also, not to mention that you don’t want to buy this cooler unless your cpu cabinet comes with windows that will allow your friends to see this cooler. You may also consider upgrading your cpu cabinet to the one that has windows.
No, it’s not very expensive. Should be available for $60 in most retail stores.

It looks good - but where are you going to fit it in? I dont think it will fit in the cabinet.

It should easily go inside my current cabinet provided I remove the cover from one side of it. I won’t be able to fit the cover of the cabinet back though.
