Well Raj it definitely depends on the usage of keywords, but most of it are known to who uses it. There are various ways to research keywords and use them efficiently. I have seen SE traffic coming into Techie Buzz through comments but in the main post I have used keywords to which the comments supplements additional SE traffic.

Its all a game of mix and match, how everything is actually placed and how everything else falls in place

Hey Keith,
To get more search engine traffic it’s vital to use the best keywords possible in your posts and since most of us don’t include the best keywords while we make the post, the comments section can be effectively utilized to incorporate the remaining set of best keywords and get more SE traffic when the comments section is also indexed in the search engines. [note the usage of my keywords when I replied to your comment]

This is a nice tip. Levraging your readers comments are really important as they can become the source of future posts. With your trick I think it is highly possible to gain more traffic via SERPs.
