How do you create these layouts? Do they depend on the use of ‘frames’? Do you create them via HTML alone? Thanks!

The layout #3 works best for sites where Ads have a lot of eCPM, for my site that layout works but yields in very low paying ads and revenue.

The Layout 3 is the best option in my opinion. A vertical skyscraper on top left of page always gives high CTR as compared to other Ad positions.

The adsense ad layout #6 and #7 are the most effective. But, other layout may work even better given the kind of content a website has.
